We get a lot of enquiries. A lot of repeat enquiries. So on this FAQ page, we will rewrite the most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), and write the answers for these - to hopefully clear up any questions or queries you may have regarding Fit Labs Kensington and the services that we offer.

GENERAL QUESTIONS


Q. Where are you going to train me?

A. Most of our clients train at out private studio in the heart of Kensington, the address is:
Fraser Suites - Queens Gate, 39B Queens Gate Gardens, SW7 5RR.
However, some clients prefer us to come to them at home or their work/office, or even accompany them on their travels.

Q. How often should I train?

A. We personally recommend you to train with us at least 3 times per week, ideally more. And also allow us to advise you on your food and nutrition intake for optimal results. Remember; the more you train, the faster the results!

Q. Can you give me advice for a diet or what to eat?

A. Yes, our first session will be an initial consultation, and we will provide you with nutritional support, which will be a bespoke nutritional advice, dependant on your goals and aims, and also; dependant on the results of your consultation and assessment.

Q. I do not live in London, can you still train me?

A. Yes, we can! We can design a bespoke online plan, with full-time support and guidance. With regular 1-to-1 coaching sessions via email/webcam for us to see your progress and to answer any questions you may have, or get feedback from us on your progression and vice-versa.
Or, if online training is not enough, we can travel to you, or even travel with you, so no need to worry - we can definitely still get training!

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

 

Q. Do I require a monthly membership in order to train with the team at Fit Labs Kensington?

A. Good News! You do not require a membership to have access to the studio. All you need to do is select a training plan, after your initial consultation, which covers your sessions - and then be paired up with the trainer(s), who then schedules in your sessions which you both agree on.

Q. How do I book training sessions with you?

A. Simply fill in the contact form on the Contact page to book a consultation session with us and we will respond to you as soon as possible!
 

Q. How can I pay for training sessions?

A. Most clients pay us via the bank transfer option. Some clients also pay via cheque, and some also pay via cash.
We will send you an invoice for the amount of sessions you wish to purchase, and then you will pay before you start your training.

 

Q. Do you offer discounts for block bookings?

A. We encourage you to go for block bookings, not only because you will save money; but mainly because you will be committed to the training and reach your goals and aims faster - remember, the more you train, the faster the results!
 

Q. How long do I have to use training sessions I bought?

A. All sessions must be used within 120 days of purchase - so get training!
 

Q. Will I be charged if I cannot attend a scheduled training session?

A. No charge will be applied if you cancel 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled session. Which is no problem - we can reschedule the session!
However, we have a '24 hour cancellation process' - if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice - unfortunately; you will be charged for that session.
